Way Cool – Pac-Man on Google Homepage!

Check it out – a real, working version of Pac-Man as the Google logo! That’s way retro-rad!

Click on “Insert Coin” to start!

I guess the Wayback machine will have a record of this even after it’s gone but I doubt the video game will work there.

Since you have a Gmail account, Grant, I’m assuming you also use Google Reader. And the chance that you’ve played the NES back in the early/mid 80s is highly likely too. Hence, you’re probably familiar with the notorious Komami code (e.g. from games such as Contra). Now, are you ready for this? Uh? Uh? He-he-he.

    1. Open Google Reader and log into your account.
    2. Using your keyboard, enter the following using the arrow keys: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left Right, B, A.
    3. Tell me what you see. I won’t spoil it for you. Cool uh?

    That was awesome.
